Planning, Permits, Clean-up, Infrastructure and Finish

Each phase of this project will require diligent effort along with coordination of many diverse talents. Most of the planning and site clean up will be completed in the Spring of 2023 with major construction being performed through the Fall of 2023. The overall project should be nearing the finish line by the Spring of 2024 and ready for occupancy in the spring then.

We get this request often and the short answer is no! Commercial construction is an inherently dangerous profession and this jobsite is no exception. Only trained professionals are allowed on the site and even then, they must attend our safety briefings, have the right safety credentials and wear proper protective gear. The risk is too great and would also interfere with our production schedule to allow non-essential personell onto the construction site.

This does not mean you can't see inside.
